Firm Handles Acquisition of Chicago Retail Business

Jeremy A. Gibson & Associates, P.C. recently represented an experienced business manager in the purchase of an established crafts business in Chicago.  First, we handled the preparation and negotiation of an asset purchase agreement.  Second, we formed a limited liability company to be the acquisition vehicle and prepared an operating agreement.  Third, we advised our client in negotiating an extension and new terms in the existing lease for the retail space used by the business.
